Located in the neighbourhood of Montecarmelo, the new building has a useful floor area of over 27,000 square metres and has represented an investment of 56 million euros, mostly financed by the German Ministry of Culture.

Looking to achieve optimum conditions, project developers chose URSA extruded polystyrene for all building flooring insulation. In particular, over 9,500 square metres of XPS NIII I were placed.
